Elena Sukacheva is the Chief Marketing Officer at Ferrara Candy Company. She comes from the Economist Group, where she held a variety of leadership positions over six years in marketing, circulation, events and strategy, most recently as the Chief Commercial Officer and a member of the Group’s global management team. In 2015 she was recognized as the top 25 Women in Media by the Folio Magazine. Prior to the Economist, Elena worked at Kraft Foods as a head of strategy for the Beverages division and oversaw Gevalia coffee brand. Before joining Kraft, Elena worked at McKinsey & Co, most recently as an Associate Principle, serving clients in Retail and Consumer Packaged Goods. Elena started her marketing career working at the advertising agencies Publicis and DMB&B (later Leo Burnett), managing such accounts as Red Bull, Nike, Revlon, Pontiac and Cadillac. Elena is on the board of Integrate, a non-profit organization that helps highly educated individuals with Asperger to find work. She holds BA from Moscow State University, MA from Wayne State University and MBA from University of Chicago.
