What do you like about your job and Ferrara?
I love designing and marketing “Weirdly Awesome” Trolli candy. As a brand, Trolli is fun and offbeat – it is all about celebrating the uniqueness in each of us. Plus, understanding our core target of Millennials and Gen Z helps me stay on the leading edge of technology and pop culture trends. Ferrara is small enough to be nimble but big enough to have true impact in the marketplace. We work iteratively, we learn quickly and we are always up for a challenge. That kind of environment is invigorating.
