Marco Capurso
Chief Executive Officer
Marco oversees the strategic direction of our leading confectionery company – one of the fastest growing in the category.
A highly accomplished executive with a wealth of Consumer Packaged Goods experience and expertise in international market expansion, Marco is passionate about developing profitable and sustainable businesses through high performing teams. Prior to joining Ferrara, he served as the Chief Business Officer, Asia-Pacific, the Middle East and Africa (APAC MEA) for Ferrero, a related company of Ferrara, and the world’s third-largest chocolate confectionery company.
Through his nearly 25 year tenure with the organization, Marco has served in various domestic and global roles across three continents ranging from marketing to business management. -
Heather Boggs
Chief Innovation Officer
In her role, Heather oversees the creation and development of Ferrara’s Innovation Pipeline in addition to our Quality and Sustainability teams. She joined the company in August 2018, and since then she has brought several exciting innovations for Ferrara’s Leading Brands to market, such as NERDS Gummy Clusters, Trolli Gummy Creations and SweeTARTS Chewy Fusions. Heather and her team are passionate about creating new experiences for its consumers and are focused on delivering even more breakthrough innovation ahead!
Prior to joining Ferrara, Heather was the Head of R&D for the Refrigerated Business Unit at The Kraft Heinz Company. In her time there she and her team launched key innovations for many iconic brands including Kraft Macaroni and Cheese (removal of artificial dyes), and Capri Sun Sport and Capri Sun Refreshers.
Heather is a mom to two active boys and you can often find her at baseball field or basketball court. In her spare time, she enjoys health and fitness, as well as the outdoors. -
Olivier Bouret
Chief Supply Chain Officer
Olivier brings a wealth of experience to Ferrara, having spent more than 30 years in operations and serving most recently as the Chief Supply Chain Officer of Whole Earth Brands, with full responsibility of their operations. Olivier served more than 25 years at Kraft Foods and Mondelez in a variety of roles covering manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain in different geographies such as South America, Europe, and the last 11 years in the U.S.

Emanuele Celani
Chief Human Resources Officer
Emanuele serves as the human resources business partner to the CEO and oversees all human resources functions. As the Chief Human Resources Officer, Emanuele contributes to the company’s overall vision and provides strategic input to attract, recruit, develop, engage and retain world-class talent. Under his leadership, the HR function improves the employee experience and fosters an open and inclusive working environment for all employees.
Before coming to Ferrara, Emanuele held roles in manufacturing, supply chain and HR at various companies including Bayer, Reckitt Benckiser, Mars and Ferrero, working and living in Europe, Asia and the US. Prior to being named CHRO, he served as Ferrara’s Vice President of Human Resources.
In his spare time, Emanuele loves reading, listening to music and practicing sports, in particular running and tennis. He enjoys spending time with his wife and two children and traveling the world with them. -
Maurizio Ficarra
Chief Financial Officer
Maurizio oversees the management of the Finance, Information Technology and Legal teams. He will direct the management of strategic financial planning, governance and compliance principles to preserve company assets and ensure accurate financial representation while bolstering Ferrara’s commercial capabilities to better enable the brand portfolio strategy.
Before joining Ferrara, Maurizio spent 35 years at Ferrero where he served in various finance roles across Europe, Mexico and the United States. Most recently he was the area International CFO for Ferrero in Luxembourg. -
Greg Guidotti
Chief Marketing Officer
Greg is responsible for Sugar Confections and Fruit Snacks across Ferrara’s Every Day and Seasonal Businesses. As CMO, he leads the equity and strategic direction of our portfolio of beloved brands – with full focus on delivering portfolio leadership, growth and profitability.
Prior to joining the company in March 2019, Greg was at Kraft Heinz for six years. He was most recently the Head of Marketing of their meat business, which included notable brands like Oscar Mayer, Lunchables and Just Crack an Egg. Before Kraft Heinz, Greg held a number of leadership roles across the U.S. and Southeast Asia for P&G, Gillette and Kraft Foods.
Greg graduated from Bates College and holds an MBA from the University of Connecticut. He currently resides in the Chicago suburbs with his wife and three kids. -

Andrew Oppenheimer
Chief Legal Officer
Andrew Oppenheimer is the Chief Legal Officer of Ferrara. Ferrara’s sugar confectionary products provide delight to consumers around the world. Ferrara generated $1.5 billion in net revenue in 2022, driven by a complementary sugar confectionery portfolio that includes NERDs, Trolli, SweeTarts, Brach’s, Black Forest, Lemonheads, and many other iconic brands.
Andrew assumed the role of Ferrara’s Chief Legal Officer in March 2022, and leads the Company’s global legal and ethics, and compliance functions. He spent his first years with one the United States’ leading law firms, Vedder Price, based in its Chicago office. After he left Vedder Price, and prior to joining Ferrara, Andrew worked in the in-house legal departments at food and beverage company Kraft Heinz and tech giant Infosys.
Andrew holds Bachelor's degrees in English and History from the University of Iowa. He earned a JD from IIT Chicago-Kent College of Law. He is admitted to the bar in the State of Illinois.

Adam Roscher
Chief Customer Officer
Adam is responsible for Ferrara’s category management, customer marketing, eCommerce and field sales teams. Adam joined the company in 2018, first leading sales in the Ferrara Grocery channel to strong share growth before more recently leading the internal Sales Strategy group.
Before Ferrara, Adam spent 12 years at The Kraft Heinz Company. There, he had the opportunity to build strong relationships with key customers through his various roles. He is a proud alumnus of the University of Illinois where he majored in Marketing.
Adam resides in the Northern Suburbs with his wife and three young children. When he isn’t chasing his kids around the yard, he enjoys golfing, barbecuing, and watching sports - usually cheering on his beloved Illini! -
