Our Business Resource Groups support our diversity and inclusion strategy and help us achieve our business goals by enhancing our culture, fueling innovation, contributing to our organization’s strategy, and making a positive impact on our communities.
The mission of BE! is to create an inclusive environment for Black / African American employees and allies through educational opportunities, networking, cultural events, and social gatherings.
Emerge is focused on fostering a harmonious multi-generational workforce where social awareness and empathy are drivers of diversity and engagement.
Evoke Pride fosters an inclusive community for LGBTQIA+ employees and allies through opportunities that celebrate everyone’s pride in identity and community.
Ferrara Women Who Lead is an inclusive employee resource group with the mission and inspiration to build a network of strong, dynamic women who lead, support, and grow themselves, and each other, at Ferrara.
The mission of Heritage of Asian American/Pacific Islanders (HAAPI) is to guide Ferrara’s education of the Asian American/Pacific Islander market and communities, advocate for employees and allies, and cultivate a network of leaders.
InAWE advocates for the full inclusion of employees and consumers with diverse abilities; it helps connect us with talent, resources, and local organizations that advocate for all persons with differing abilities.
¡UNIDOS!, Ferrara's Latino ERG, exists to support our Hispanic Latino employees by sharing culture and uniting all employees in respect and inclusion.
The Ferrara Veteran Network actively supports military families and communities through outreach and recruiting while helping lead Ferrara's efforts to share delight with the greater community through service.

What I love most about D&I is having opportunities to share my true self and connect with my peers on a human level. The discussions and shared experiences, led by D&I and the ERGs, have helped me cultivate relationships that are helping me grow in the business and beyond.
