Daniela Simpson

General Manager, Non-Chocolate

Daniela oversees the Non-Chocolate business for Ferrara Candy Company, and played a key role in the sale of Nestlé’s U.S. confectionery business to Ferrero. She is well known for her ability to take brands and build them into thriving businesses, and has been cited in the Harvard Business Review for “bringing the brand back”.

Prior to her current role, Daniela led a $500MM portfolio of brands at Nestlé USA. She and her team were responsible for driving exceptional growth on the business, outpacing the category. Using that same type of entrepreneurial spirit, she previously built the $100MM+ Skinny Cow brand from the ground up.

Daniela is a Founding Member of the Czech School of Los Angeles, proudly promoting her roots and the Czech culture within the LA community.
