Natalie oversees the Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and R&D functions across the Chocolate brand portfolio. During her time with Ferrara, Natalie has strengthened cross-functional team collaboration, enabling greater alignment between sales, finance and operations while simultaneously staying focused on exceeding sales targets.
Prior to joining Ferrara, Natalie held various senior leadership positions at Nestlé, Cadbury, Mondelez and KraftHeinz. Through her 20 year career, Natalie has developed a track record of creating new business models and turning around failing businesses and brand portfolios.
Natalie is the Executive Sponsor of Ferrara’s Women Who Lead employee business group, a member of the Network of Executive Women, and a devoted soccer mom to two future Fùtbol stars.
