The New Nerds Candy Corn Will Change the Trick-or-Treating Game This Halloween

Can we just skip summer and head straight for fall? We only ask because Ferrara Candy Company is apparently releasing Nerds Candy Corn this Halloween. It looks unlike any other candy the brand has delivered before, so we know what we’re keeping stocked come October.
We know that candy corn is a bite everyone either loves or hate. The new Nerds Candy Corn, however, appears to be very different from the classic Halloween candy. As detailed on Candy Warehouse, the Nerds Candy Corn has a “dual-flavored mellowcreme center” that’s soft & chewy” and is covered in a “candy shell.” That leads us to be believe that it has a marshmallow-inspired taste paired with the sweetness of the shell.
They’ll be no mistaking the Nerds Candy Corn for regular candy corn, because the candy shells make each piece super colorful. Instead of the yellow, orange, and white trio, the triangular candy is orange, green, blue, pink, and purple, and the inside looks just as colorful.
So far, the Nerds Candy Corn hasn’t been listed online anywhere except for Candy Warehouse. The 8-ounce bag features Nerds dressed up like witches and bats. If we had to guess, we probably won’t see this candy until the end of summer. We’ll wait for Ferrara Candy Company to give us more details on availability and the candy shell flavors though!
